Take your pet’s prescriptions into your own hands using our online portal.
Follow these steps to request a prescription refill:

Load your home hospital’s website and click the orange “Schedule Appointment/Access Portal” button to access your portal: Centreville Veterinary Hospital

After loading your home hospital’s website and clicking the “Access Portal” button, you will be met with a login page.

After Logging in, you will see a menu on your left-hand side. Select the option “Medications”, under the heading “Clinical”.

Find the medication you would like to refill and click the teal “Request Refill” button. You do not need to take any further action, the request is sent directly to our team to fulfill.
