We implement the most effective technologies to effectively treat and diagnose your pets. Using our technologies, such as radiology and ultrasound for dogs and cats in Wilmington, DE, we can get to the root of your pet’s pain and figure out the best way to help them.
At Centreville Veterinary Hospital, we can provide a precise and prompt diagnosis for your pet by using the latest in digital x-rays. Since we conduct our digital x-rays in-house, we are able to produce your pet’s results in minutes. We also give you the option to take home a digital copy of the x-ray or send it to your email.
Ultrasounds are a pain-free and non-invasive method to help identify and assess the presence and progress of many dangerous diseases. This technique is an exceptional modality for evaluating fluid-filled and soft tissue organs such as the kidneys, spleen bladder and liver.
We can analyze ultrasound images during the scan, making the results available within just minutes after the ultrasound. Ultrasounds can be performed at our Windcrest and Hockessin locations.
If you were referred to us by another veterinary office to receive an ultrasound at either Windcrest or Hockessin Animal Hospitals, we can discuss the results with you as well as send or fax the report to the referral veterinarian and contact them to discuss the results.
We also can perform fine needle aspirates and true-cut biopsies for diagnostic purposes in addition to ultrasound and radiology. We can perform these procedures with no or mild sedation for your pet.
Despite the type of procedure, examination, or testing your pet needs, we will make sure they feel secure, comfortable, and at home throughout their time with us. Contact us today or call for an appointment at 302-655-3315.
